Refund Policy

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used paid content. Using paid content means opening, for the first time, a full explanation outside the 398 free questions or another Pro feature; the free mock does not count. A refund or a lost dispute ends the related access immediately. Duplicate charges and technical failures are always refunded.

Cancelling a Monthly plan is not a refund. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Exam Pass does not renew. It lasts until the exam window you chose ends, plus 14 days, and never more than 12 months from that purchase.
